Genevieve is a registered psychologist with almost 10 years’ professional experience in both clinical and organisational settings, providing her with a strong understanding of behaviour and psychological principles in a variety of contexts. She is highly motivated by opportunities to work with individuals, teams and organisations to increase effectiveness, well-being, and deliver business outcomes for her clients.

Coupled with her sound commercial acumen, Genevieve is able to communicate key psychological research in a way that is relevant and engaging for her audience, while also ensuring ROI for organisations. She is recognised by her clients for her honesty, practicality and her ability to build productive and collaborative working relationships.

Her broad areas of expertise include: organisational development, change management, coaching, psychometric assessment, leadership and team development. She also has specific expertise in Positive Psychology and strengths-based psychology interventions, as well as mindfulness and resilience. With direct experience managing and leading teams, Genevieve has a strong understanding of the value of developing and promoting employee wellbeing to increase engagement and achieve business outcomes.

Genevieve has advised, coached and facilitated for small and large groups across a diverse range of clients including: ATO, DHS, NSW DoJ, OEH, AMP, St George, Hammondcare, Medtronic, Airbus, Goodman Fielder, UTS Search, Macquarie University, McGrath, LVMH, Canon and MaxSolutions.
