Dave has consulted extensively as an organisational psychologist with private and public sector clients throughout Australia and has developed and co-ordinated workshops, presentations and training initiatives across Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and the USA. He has extensive experience in recruitment, organisational strategy and all facets of recruitment process design, delivery and training. Whether it is matters of workplace behaviour and communication, psychological risk management, organisational change and human impacts, or occupational intervention and performance enhancement, Dave enthuses everyone with his refreshing, "can do" approach.

He is a recognised expert in the area of creativity and innovation and a sought-after speaker and consultant internationally, particularly in relation to successfully adapting to rapid technological, market and workplace change. He has delivered systemic workplace interventions (consulting, surveying, training and coaching) in a very wide range of industries and organisations around the world. The signature of Chris' work is the immediately practical nature of the methods and the high level knowledge he imparts to participants. The key to his approach is authentic engagement directly with people that leads to significant and lasting constructive change.
